Immer Donnerstags @ SOHO, MA

Every week on Thursday we meet and dance, drink and talk. There is a bunch of people around who appreciate the familiar atmosphere, free entrance, and 4 hours of a stray light run of drum and bass music, composed in loose back2back sessions. Residents Fileas, Aldea and Cluster invite accomplished DJs from the Mannheim area to bring in their interpretation of groove. In the means of the Liquid Funk movement we draw from drum and bass what there is to create a jouney for the headz as well as the dancers. Styles always differ by the DJ but one thing is always on our side:
We play with it, were aware of it all the time. It does not matter, if you can identify it by a certain instrument, or if elements of the rhythm originate in Brazil. On which frequency it flows does not carry wheight either, if it comes neurotic, dry or direct. If it rolls warm and liquid with the sweetest vocal you can imagine, or if it is simply intrusively striking in a Bootleg is not of any importance. We are talking about Funk here, and we are fucking addicts. We need it in regular doses, namely at least 4 hours a week.

In half a year Ninos Del Sol has already become the best visited and heaviest dnb party during the week that has ever taken place in Mannheim. We hope to continue the good vibez and keep u dancing many Thursdays to come.
